1. Booking, Payment & Refund policy:
1.1. To secure your place on the Umrah trip, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you during the booking process.
1.2. The deposit is non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the The Sunnah Journeys team. Refunds, if applicable, will be determined at the discretion of The Sunnah Journeys team and will be based on valid reasons provided by the participant.
2. Cancellation Policy:
2. 1. If the deposit has been paid, then full payment of the trip is required 40 days before departure.
2.2. Deposit is non refundable
3. Cancellations and Changes from The Sunnah Journeys:
3.1. In the event of cancellation by the participant, the refund policy will be applicable as determined by The Sunnah Journeys team.
3.2. The Sunnah Journeys team reserves the right to cancel or make changes to the Umrah package due to unforeseen circumstances, such as changes in travel regulations, political situations, or force majeure events. In such cases, reasonable alternative arrangements will be offered or refunds will be provided, as determined by The Sunnah Journeys team.
4. Travel Documents and Requirements:
4.1. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid travel documents, including a passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of departure.
4.2. The participant must comply with all visa requirements and provide accurate personal information for visa processing. Any costs or consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information will be the participant’s responsibility.
4.3. If we are unable to obtain a visa for any of our guests, please note that The Sunnah Journeys cannot take responsibility and cannot issue a refund for this.
5. Travel Insurance & Atol:
5.1. The Sunnah Journeys will not be liable for any costs or losses incurred due to the lack of adequate travel insurance.
5.2 The Sunnah Journeys flights are Atol protected
5.3 Atol number 10066 protection provided by traveleap global only covers flights and not the whole package, therefore the payment is taken seperately, the £499 deposit covers the flight costs and the remaining costs cover the rest of the package. For those who purchased the Wizz Air flight, the Atol protection will be provided by booking.com.
6. Health and Medical Conditions:
6.1. Participants should ensure they are in good health and physically fit to undertake the Umrah trip. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before embarking on any travel.
6.2. Participants with pre-existing medical conditions or specific dietary requirements must inform Sunnah Journeys at the time of booking to make necessary arrangements, if feasible.
7. Code of Conduct:
7.1. Participants are expected to adhere to Islamic values, local customs, and laws throughout the journey.
6.2. The Sunnah Journeys reserves the right to terminate the participation of any individual who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour that may adversely affect the experience of other participants or the overall trip.
8. Limitation of Liability:
The Sunnah Journeys and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused during the Umrah trip, including but not limited to personal belongings, health issues, transportation delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
9. Room Allocation:
9.1. Sunnah Journeys strives to accommodate participants who know one another in shared rooms, subject to availability and specific requests made during the booking process.
9.2. To ensure room allocation with individuals of your choice, please specify your rooming preferences on the booking form or send an email to sunnahjourneys@gmail.com. While we will make every effort to fulfil such requests, please note that it is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
9.3 Some beds in a room may be roll out beds and not full size. This is at the discretion of the hotel. We will work with the hotels to ensure adequate standards are met. The Sunnah Journeys will not be liable should the hotel not provide adequate beds.
10. Extra activities
Aside from breakfast, any extra payable activities or meals are not the responsibility of The Sunnah Journeys and will incur an extra cost upon the participant should you wish to partake.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
11.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
12. Force Majeure:
The Sunnah Journeys shall not be held liable for any delays, changes, or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, political instability, or other events that make it impossible or unsafe to carry out the Umrah trip.
13. Privacy Policy:

14. Severability:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Amendments:
The Sunnah Journeys reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on our website. It is the participant’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
